Being a single mom can be so overwhelming.

  • Long to do list
  • Financial responsibility
  • Child care
  • Cooking, cleaning, Laundry
  • Organizing activities
  • Work related stress
  • Maintaining a household
  • Essentially doing the job of 2 people

 And all of that is on a good day! Then there are the days when the unexpected things happen and just about push you over the edge!

Day after day operating from a place of complete overwhelm; sacrificing time, self-esteem, self-care, health, relationships, personal goals and dreams. Focusing any energy that is left on our children.

We all want to be good moms!! Doing the job of 2 people takes so much of our time, energy and resources and leaves us feeling like we have very little left to put into being the mom we want to be!

Living life from a place of overwhelm causes a lot of stress!

Stress Has a Huge Impact On Our Lives!!

When we feel overwhelmed day after day, it causes us a lot of stress.

Stress affects us in so many ways! Physically, emotionally, mentally, socially, spiritually! It has a negative effect on every part of our being!

What is EFT?

Emotional Freedom Technique is like emotional acupuncture but without the needles. We stimulate these acupuncture points by tapping on them with our fingers while focusing on a negative emotion, memory or belief.

Emotions are energy in motion. When the energy gets stuck in the body, symptoms appear. Tapping on these points, while focusing on the negative issues, moves the energy through the body along the meridian lines removing the blockage.
